A haircut isn't a service you buy from a building. It's a thing one person does with their hands, and they get better at it on your head specifically. So we list who they are.
If you've not been in before
Take whoever's free the first time. Then ask for them by name after that. That's how people end up with a barber instead of a barbershop, and it's worth the two weeks it takes to sort out.
If you already know what you want, say it plain — skin fade, low taper, line-up, beard down to a two. If you don't, bring a photo, or say what you didn't like about the last one. The second one is usually more useful.

Walk-ins every day the shop is open. Booking is how you get a particular chair at a particular time — worth doing if it has to be Saturday morning, or if there's one of the four you've settled on.
